30 minute clarity call

Service Description

This is a 30 minute online video call through zoom in which you can meet me, here a little bit about the courses I offer and if this would be right for you and your birth partner. It is not a mini session, but instead a chance to ask questions and find out how I can support you during your pregnancy and in preparing for the birth you are choosing. The cost of the call will be fully refunded should you go on to book a course with me. I will be in touch prior to your call with zoom information etc. Please check your email's junk folder if you do not receive this. I really look forward to chatting with you! Heather xx

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: The Stirling Birth School reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or publishes prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased prices. Should The Stirling Birth School need to cancel part of a course, a refund will only be given for the part of the course not yet delivered minus the cost of course materials. In the case of cancellation by a client, £50 is non-refundable. Further to that, the following cancellation charges will apply: Days before course start date Cancellation charge 30 or more No further cancellation charge 14 – 29 days 50% of course fee 13 days or less 100% of course fee However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by me, you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date, I will refund your full course fee.
